1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the YAADMAN mobile application (the "Game") and the yaadmanmobile.com website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all players, visitors, and users of the Game and related services provided by M3gga MAC Games (the "Developer").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Game or the Site.
2. License to Use
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Game or its servers.
- You may not use the Game to create any derivative works or competing products.
- You may not copy, distribute, or broadcast any of the Game’s proprietary assets without prior written consent.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by M3gga MAC Games at any time.
3. Player Conduct
YAADMAN is a live, competitive multiplayer environment. To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, strict conduct rules apply. By playing the Game, you agree not to:
- Use aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, or any third-party software designed to modify gameplay or provide an unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to disrupt the multiplayer servers.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language in usernames or any in-game chat features.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend, ban, or permanently terminate any account found violating these conduct rules, without prior warning.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, mechanics, characters (including but not limited to Choppa, Rasta, Mentally, Yaad Girl, Granny, and Bruno), audio files, server code, and graphics contained within YAADMAN and the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of M3gga MAC Games.
Content creators and media outlets are granted permission to capture gameplay footage for the purposes of review, commentary, or entertainment on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, provided it does not infringe upon the integrity of the game or its code.
5. Disclaimers
The Game and all related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. M3gga MAC Games makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the multiplayer servers, error-free gameplay, or compatibility with all mobile devices.
Due to the nature of online multiplayer gaming, the Developer is not responsible for data usage costs, network latency, or connectivity drops experienced by the user while playing.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall M3gga MAC Games or its partners be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the YAADMAN application, even if the Developer has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kingston, Jamaica.
